For anyone that may be unfamiliar with our business, we would like to provide some quick background information. Premier Catering of Kansas City is owned and managed by Terry Ficke. Over the years, we’ve been honored to cater quite a few weddings across the Kansas City area and many of the surrounding cities. We truly do take pride in not only catering delicious food, but also providing the best value in all of KC!
Throughout our time in the catering world, we’ve always strived to create a stress-free and transparent process. As you likely know, planning a wedding entails a number of different tasks in the months leading up to the big day. There’s obviously the bigger to-do’s, such as booking vendors, but there are also more than a few smaller ones as well, like creating seating charts and designing your invitations. As such, the last thing you need to be worrying about is the food. Every couple should not only be able to count on their caterer to create something delicious that their guests will LOVE, but also ensure there are no hiccups in terms of set-up, serving and clean-up! In addition to hosting a number of other various events throughout the years, it’s safe to say our team at Premier Catering of Kansas City has more than a few years of experience catering weddings! Our menu is designed to give couples flexibility on the exact dishes served for their celebration. From our always-popular beef tenderloin entree and “Pick 2” $5 appetizers to the yummy dessert bars and more, we always enjoy hearing what couples have envisioned for the catering aspect of their wedding.
For all catered weddings, we have a 100-person minimum. Listed below are our current menu offerings.
